if you can't feel a scratch with your fingernail...you're good.

Can't tell much from a blurry picture, but as long as it's clean and there aren't any major scratches or uneven wear, I'd say it's fine. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Nothing wrong with the lobes, obviously the rollers are still "rolling" along well on the lobes.

I think the problem that occasionally pops up is with wear at the bearings where the cams turn in ..... due to lack of lubrication.

When my engine died at 98k the lobes looked like that. Since I used Mobil1 I expected everything to to look like their ads and be nice and clean. When I expressed alarm to the tech he pulled the right front cam bearing off and showed me deep ugly scoring. He said the passenger side front is where the lack of lubrication problems show up because it is the last place to get lube the way it is routed thru the engine. I still suspect the spark plug change they did 25 miles earlier and had to extract 4 broken plugs resulted in broken stuff getting into the engine and causing damage. I have gotten nowhere with that complaint to the dealer and to Ford. I paid for the new engine but that is the last $$ that dealer and Ford will see from me.
