Interior dome lights, radio, inst cluster not coming on

I tried tapping into the delay lighting to run some additional interior under dash led lighting and when tapping into the delay wire from the below thread I am having the major electrical issues below.
Thanks for any assistance.

https://www.f150online.com/forums/ar...ml#post5132183

I tried this tonight exactly as pictured in this post but when i tapped into the black and light blue wire in the same exact position my interior over head dome lights went out and no longer work. The dome lights won't come on as well as the power windows will not work, intrument gauges wont work, radio won't turn on. I think i might have blown a fuse but i also check most of the logical fuses but all looks good with fuses. I did not check any of the larger ISO fuses though. It seems all other lighting, headlights, tail lights, windshield wipers, door locks all working fine, just the others i mention ealier are not working.
Any thoughts?
please any help is much appreciated

How did you check the fuses? You need a meter or a test light, you can't just "look" at them.

visibly checked the fuses

I visibly checked the fuses but have a good meter. All the smaller fuses I checked visibly and none looked blown. I am assuming then I will have to check the larger fuses (like R02 "Accessory Delay") with the meter to make sure i am getting current going thru them.

It is also unclear from the book what fuse it could possibly be. I thoughts on the specific one it could be or what other problem I could have caused here?

Just found the blown fuse. It was fuse 21.
I found it after finding another thread that explains all how this works. Tomorrow I will add that link and update.
Thanks all!
