Need part # to replace a part

Need part # to replace a part PICS
I was driving home and there was a wreck. I ran over something and it knocked this plastic cover loose from the undercarriage. I want to replace it because it was covering some main harness connections. Its located just under the drivers seat under the truck. The part # on it is 4L3T-14A099-NC but as usual none of the online sites recognize it. I looked on Tasca too and its nowhere to be found.
