'06 FX4, 65K miles

My battery light has been on for months (almost a year maybe). I've tested the battery, tested the alternator, and everything checks out. Yet the battery light is still on. Also, I have zero issues starting the truck.

Has anyone experienced this anomaly?

I recently read a thread about a brake light doing same thing and there being some "cold solder" joint issues ..... seems some have bought ne clusters, some others sent them off for a cheaper fix with great results.
