Low Mileage 2005
Low Mileage 2005
I always figured I had the lowest mileage 2005 in the country, but this one actually comes close: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-F-150-Supercab-163-XLT-4WD-Supercab-163-/201210284320?forcerrptr=true&hash=item2ed9114920&item=201210284320&pt=US_Cars_Trucks
Yeah -- that's a regular cab and not an extended cab. Notice the painted finger nails on the photographer -- not sure your average girl would know the difference between the two.....
Notice the "Best Offer" -- I'm sure they would take less for it than the $19k they are asking for it in the ad.....

Why? It's a 4.6.

Oh?
VIN decoder says it's a 2005 Ford F-150 Reg Cab 126" XL 4WD with a 4.6. That's a 6.5' short bed. 163" would be an extended cab 8' long bed. It's also not a XLT.
Engine Description: 4.6L 8 CYLINDER
ddellwo. Just curious, how many miles do you have on your 2005? Think I remember you saying in the 5k range?
Maybe I have the lowest mileage 2004 Lariat Supercab 4x4 in the country.
I'd doubt I do but I put 11,000 miles on mine in the first year I had it and 10,000 miles the past 9 years. I don't foresee putting many more miles on the truck in the future so someday I should.

This is bizarre - put that VIN into Google and look at all the hits!

Okay - I did a little more VIN digging - it could be an XL, STX, or XLT standard cab. According to the VIN it could also be a long bed, but do we all agree from the pics that it's a short bed?
It's definitely a 4.6 (VIN code W, 8th position), what you are looking at is they listed the standard equipment for a long bed Scab with the 8200 GVWR package. Elsewhere in the ad it does say 4.6.
