i have 2007 f150 3v 5.4l XLT .. i drove my truck Saturday and parked it overnight and the next day I jumped in It to go to the store and it would not start ..it cranks over but no start ..I changed the...

-coil packs
-spark plugs
-fuel module
-new battery
-new key for ignition
-fuel filter
-fuel pump is good
and then I sprayed starting fluid in the air intake and it started right up and stayed on it shacks a little bit..but I've been driven it all day today no problem besides the that it shacks does anybody know what I could be
