No Start Issue - Could Really Use Some Help

2005 F150 XL 4x4 with 4.6L and auto tranny. 138,000 miles. Went out to start truck, turned key, lights and gauge did their thing, but nothing from the starter. Tried several times. Dome and headlights do not dim. Hooked up battery charger set to "50a start" position. Let charge for a minute and it started right up with no hesitation or struggling. Cut it off and tried to start it again. Nothing. Hooked up charger again, let charge a minute, and it starts. Shut it off, try again, and nothing happens again. Took battery out of another car and hooked it up to truck. Still nothing. Been OK to this point except wife had to jump start it three weeks ago when she went to start.

I had someone smack my add-on power mirror a couple weeks again. I replaced it this morning before the start issue started. Not sure how anything I did with the mirror could have contributed.

I have been advertising this truck for sale and have a buyer. Supposed to deliver it this evening. If I don't get this worked out, deal is probably out the door.

Please try to keep suggestions as simple as possible because I am a 12v idiot.

Thanks in advance for anything you have to offer.

Have you checked the ground cable?

After hours of troubleshooting, web searching, and cussing, turned out to PCM relay. $14.00 and she was straight. Sold her this morning. 2014 XLT soon to come.
