im noticing that.. im giving them the benefit of the doubt that i got a bad one.. under warranty they are replacing it. but i think that might just be the start of the problem.

 

starting to wonder if not the computer.. So I jumped into it today.. bought a special socket from aap. swapped plug and CoP from 4 to 2.

Checked ALL connections everywhere even wire nicks and archs.. get it around the block and.. there it is... boggs way down wont even let me pull out into traffic...

now po358 code gone but now im getting a code for f (number 6)

wtf wonder if my computer is going nuts or if the bad phaser is causing all this.

 

Sounds like the truck was super neglected before you got it, sucks.

 

thats what im thinking.. ive already had to do sprint/strut and cv axle plus hub on driver on side... already did all the timing componets and chain.. muffler work, plugs n cops, pullies and belt.plus more.. now this..

im wondering though if the phaser being bad is what is causing all of this, cause phaser being bed effects the cam sensor and crank sensor.
