So all of the above don't work again!!! So I have had this issue before chased wires for hours looking for a cause ( checked all fuses none blown). Have removed cluster numerous times I have read at length over this issue for some time. Then when I was about to go to the stealership I got the air bag recall for a possible chaffing wire. Took it in for the recall came out started truck everything worked fine!!!!! But then ........... I went away for work wife called me two days ago and has informed me it's back!!!!! I will be home in a couple days so I am trying to get a head start on the research before I dive back in. Sorry if this has been addressed already somewhere ( i know it has about read them all). The problem I am seeing is there is never an actual fix or problem found and most post back months later saying it's back.. would like to see if we could consolidate some solution of similar problems here!!
My details are
04 fx4 5.4 4x4 ( no electric upgrades)

Symptoms
Gauge cluster inop no back light nothing
No AC (blower works blows hot)
No Pwr windows
No dash lights at all (radio light nothing)
No tail lights Brake lights work fine when depressed
Head light work fine

I am sorry this is so long !!!! I almost traded my truck last time I had this issue!!!! I am a very versatile mech I work on jets for a living. Like I said sorry for the length . And thanks for any and all assistance! !!!!! Also this is not my first post I forgot my old login! !!!!
