I don't know in PSI, but it's enough to circulate the fluid up to, through, and back from the cooler. It's not a "high pressure" line used to activate anything but I'm sure pressure would increase some if a stoppage occured.

I believe the cooler is located in the return line back to the transmission so the pressure would not be that high since the return line is open to the sump.

Depending on the transmission model, usually 15 to 30 lbs pressure. The cooling line is not subject to the same pressure as the torque converter.

Thanks guys. I just noticed a leak at the cooler tube where it turns to a rubber hose.

make sure you fix your leak sooner rather than later so it doesn't blow out while driving and burn up your trans. i had one of my cooler lines from the trans cooler in front of the radiator to radiator trans cooler leaking on my 04. it may not be high pressure but it is still enough pressure to blow a line out if it gets any worse.
