Front end pop....GOING NUTS!!!

2005 F150 FX4 2" leveled bilstein shocks, 20" Monsters ....in the past 6 months I have replaced just about every front end component I can. I have a pop (again) on the drivers side. I can hear it when driving over bumps. It happens in 2 and 4 wheel drive, when going straight, and when turning. I have tried all the normal tests to see if any of the Moog parts may have gone bad, pry bar under the tire, pushing and pulling when off the ground ect. Everything seems tight. I have even sprayed everything (1 part at a time) with PB blaster and still nothing. I can hear the pop sometimes (drivers side) when hitting bumps on the passenger side. This makes me think it could possibly be something with the sway bar but the bushings look ok. I have even sprayed those as well. Any thoughts??? Thanks guys.

What I have replaced (both sides).....

Upper control arms
Lower ball joints
Bearings
Actuators
Sway bar end links
Tie rods
Cv axles

My wife is experiencing something similar in her 2005 Escape. Most suspension parts have been replaced. I read something on-line recently that leads me to believe it could possibly be a bad motor mount. I haven't checked it out yet.

Check sway bar bushings. If you drive 10mph and turn the wheels back and forth to rock the body and you hear it, it could be the sway bushings

Both end links have been replaced. I actually just replaced the drivers side again last week because I thought it was that. The noise is still there.

Transverse FWD typically chew up motor mounts. Usually 100-120k they are noticeably worn.
Longitudinal engine takes much longer to tear up motor mounts. Usually 200k or more miles.

Its apples to oranges

Well beings i have read your first post and read what you have already replaced. the only other items i would look at are your strut mounts and rack mounts. I did have a similar problem on my 05 SCREW it just ended up beinge a worn endlink but you already replaced them so your golden.

After spending over 2k on the front end of wifes car read some where that you may try taking the center nut off your strut and putting a large washer under the nut and retighting it may help. It worked on the wifes car after chasing the knock for over a year and 2K. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Never mind, I see you've replaced links already ..... how are the bushings at the frame mount for the sway bar?

Another test for sway bar mounts and links is place vehicle on level ground so it's not in a twist, to relax the sway bar side to side ..... and crawl under it and whack the sway bar near the end links and frame mount buschings with a large rubber mallet .... listening / feeling for uncontrolled vibrations (like a tuning fork in free air).
Vibrations will be killed by tight bushings and sound end links like a touch of the hand will kill tuning fork vibrations.
