Just rolled over 200k last week. new trans at 185k and all the other things, phasers, plugs and such should be good to go....or I hope been good to me for the most part hopefully I can hit 300k

2004 supercrew w/5.4 . 325,000 and still running on the factory original plugs. no problems

That's hard to believe that you got that many miles with OEM plugs.
