Spark Plug Recommendation

Getting ready to Change my Spark plugs on my 2007 F-150 XLT with a 4.6L engine got around 62000 mile on the truck.
Whats a good brand spark plug to change them out with.
Also how do i know if i have the 2valve or 3valve 4.6L

Thanks

3v 4.6 didn't come until after 08, and when I replaced mine I went with Motorcraft SP-493s. 39K on the new plugs with no issues.

Thanks for the info just got the plugs replaced today used the Motorcraft SP-493
I used Anti-seize compound on new plugs (always use them on new plugs) saw some post about people having problems with plugs blowing out. In this a common problem with the 2007 4.6L or was it the earlier years.

Thanks for the info

Blowouts were common up until 2003 when heads were revised, more threads on the plugs. There is no need for anti seize on Motorcraft plugs, and it can distort the torque specs.

Even on the 8 thread heads, you shouldn't use antiseize - but regardless, you need to torque them to 28 ft/lb.
