What would you have done differently with what you know now?
Not purchased my 304 SS Roush catback. I thought I was going to leave my exhaust alone after that, which is why I got 304, but I bought OBX long tubes with the Y pipe. It's too expensive to cut up the Y pipe and SIDO muffler to switch out to more 304 SS an X and true duals.
I knew from the start I wanted a winch, so I would have to say the Hunter brush guard. I should have gone with a winch mount from the get go. Same goes with the Hunter step bars, and the Pilot off road lights. I should have chosen the stainless steel varieties of these items to begin with.
Harley valance on my truck, I get the itch of tow hooks, or bull bar, or prerunner light bar but the dang HD valance was pricy

Okay now I have had more time to churn this over in my head...
Other mods that I would have done differently.
#1. Skipped the all terrains. I loved them on the road, and the beach, but I was often left worried about traction at the deer lease, especially if it was raining. I should have gone with MTs straight off. I did not expect a problem with traction as I had NEVER had a traction problem with BFG ATs in my Jeep, or my Ranger. However the sheer weight of the F150 and mud slick trails are just too much for those tires.
#2. Crossover toolbox. Got in the way of most of my in bed cargo, wasn't really strong enough for an antenna mount. The dumb thing rubbed sheet metal and wore paint off the body etc... I would NOT reccomend this for ANYONE. I am more or less stuck for what to do for an antenna mount at this time, so when I go on the runs with the 4x4 club, I am just using an old Realistic Mag Mount. For short distances it works okay. Not great...

Oh yes it does. I feel I would have remorse if I took it off especially paying $385 for it from tasca 3.5 years ago, but seeing other trucks with light bars and other trucky stuff gets me wondering
I agree with dewalt17 should have kept the 01 supercrew .lariat 5.4 4x4. seemed to be a better snow truck then the 06 lariat 5.4 4x4. o6 heavier, geared different don't know.but it seemed better in deep snow. jus my opinion
