rough country 6inch lift rear block size?
rough country 6inch lift rear block size?
just bought a used 6inch rough country lift wich didnt come with the rear blocks, instructions say that they are 5inch blocks but i was reading a thread wich said that the rear sits low with the 5inch blocks..id like to to sit level as possibly obviously..any hel would be awesome..thnks
Do you have an add-a-leaf? You can get the 5 or 5.5" block and then an add-a-leaf and sit close to level or a slight take (which is a lot better than sitting nose high IMO), assuming the 5.5" block makes the front an inch or so higher like 97isnotold said.
But I think it depends if you're 2wd or 4wd. A 5" block with yield a 5" height increase on a 2wd because 2wd's don't have blocks. But 5" block on a 4wd will only yield ~3" of lift because they already have a 2" block.

I just put the RC lift on my truck last weekend. I have the fx4 so naturally I was worried about the back end sitting a little higher then the front but it sits perfectly level now. It is a 5.5'' block though. which worked out perfect for my truck. its a pain in the *** to install, I will tell you that though!
