Have a few codes. HELP!

I decided today to run the x3 for codes as I have had a rough idle on a cold start. The truck has even stalled a couple of times. I got 3.
P0600 - Serial Communication Link
P2105 - Throttle Actuator Control System Forced Engine Shutdown
U0300 - Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility

From a quick google search, it looks like my pcm may be bad? Or if I get lucky I may get away with a reflash at the stealer. Anyone have any ideas? I have to aircare (emissions test) before the beginning of September or I can't renew my insurance. I had to return the truck to stock as it was pinging really bad under load and at light throttle with no load with my 87 tow tune. As much as I want to blame my x3 I don't think a programmer can cause a pcm to become damaged. Truck did this with the tune in place and stock. Also I tested the resistance of my coils today and 4 of them are 250-400 ohms higher than the rest. Maybe weak coils?

The majority of the time when you get the throttle control code, it is a dirty throttle body.

I'll give the throttle body a cleaning and clear the codes.

So far so good on the throttle body cleaning. Anyone have any ideas for the communication error codes?

I wouldn't worry about them, programmers can do strange things like this.

And the truck flew through emissions testing today. What a big relief
