Since 2009 or so they recently turned the 04-08 4.6l 2-v to a 3-valve, if I take my engine to a engine company, can they take my 2valve and make it in to a 3valve, if so will I need to modify anything like computer, etc

 

Why would you go through all of that expense?

 

You'd need a ton of parts, and custom tunes. For spending probably 10k to do this you could just trade it in and buy a newer truck
