Question Question on radiators

My wife got into an accident with our 2006 SCrew 4x2 5.4L with tow package. Wiped out the front end of the truck. It has since been fixed, but the lower part of the bumper has an opening in it and I have always thought it was missing something.
At first, we figured it was that there was no license plate bracket, but I am thinking I am missing an oil cooler or transmission cooler or something. We have the normal radiator obviously, and we have another one that may be what I am thinking of, but maybe it's upside down? I don't know. We just want to make sure we have everything we should to go along with the package since it sure looks like we are missing something.

Here are a few pictures of what we have (yes, there is a rubber thing hanging down that isn't supposed to be):

Is that it or should we have something else in there? I just don't remember and I need to go back to the body shop that did the work to get it right.

thanks!

That is the transmission cooler and is in exactly the right spot. In previous years there was another cooler for the power steering fluid. However Ford stopped putting them in around 2005 or 06.

Here is what it looked like on my 04.

O.K., thanks, I guess I have everything, just need to get the lower air-dam (or whatever you would call that thing) fixed/replaced, since it's not doing anything hanging down.
