Cam phase noise?

Looking at new to me trucks and have heard horror stories of the cam phasers on the 5.4. This video is from a 2005 f150 5.4l with 94k on it.

What do you guys think? Is that just the injectors making noise or is this the start of something worse?

Is that video with your truck cold or at operating temp? Sounds like injectors to me.

Watch the first 15 or so minute of this video - it will answer your questions.

I've been researching similiar issues after buying a 2007 with 75K on the clock. It sounds very similiar to this when hot and at about 1000rpm, and I have been told it is normal.

Thanks. After watching the video, it seems to be normal injector noises. Suckers are loud.
