That isn't even a bad price for a KR with bad paint! Congrats! You probably saved like 7, 8 grand just cause of the paint. And you might have the brown booted spark plugs!

Yes. Check for the brown boots. It was like Christmas morning for me when I found out my truck had them!

Also, my truck had some corrosion on the rear bumper and I was able to use that to my advantage when I bargained. Because the truck is still under warranty, Ford fixed it. It was a win win

Your King Ranch might still have the original factory warranty, depending on when the previous owner bought it.

Nice truck.

Not a big fan of that color, but it looks good on that truck with the two tone.

Thanks! And it's funny you say that, first time I saw it I wasn't a fan, then the skies got clear and it looked much better to me. I just bought a leveling kit, I hope I have enough time to install it this weekend.

Looks good! Where are the problem spots with the paint? Granted pictures don't do it justice, but didn't catch anything obvious.

The paint just needs major work. the swirls are terrible and there a lot of spots where they tried to fix scratches with a paint pen. I got to detailing the Hood and and front fenders, and it's looking better. In person you can see all the flaws, you're right pictures don't tell that much.
