Rattling Doors? Can I fix?

On my pickup the passenger front door is rattling pretty bad going over bumps, its pretty annoying.. Is there anyway i can fix this or what do i need to check. My previous 07 did this but didnt have the truck long enough to worry about it, my brother in laws 06 Lariat rattles so bad you can see the door moving when going over a bump.. Apparently it seems to be a common problem..

Im sure its from previous people slamming the doors but how do i fix this?

Thanks guys!

That is one thing i loved on my 03 KR the doors or anything never rattled at all.

The little rubber door stoppers on the door jamb. They are probably flattened down some.

Thanks guys, did a little searching and found the part number for the rubber door stops, looked at my front doors and they were both mushroomed. Went to the ford house and ordered 8 of them for $27.00.

Heres the part number for anyone else needing these

Ford part # W705903 S300

i added one to the upper part on my front doors like in the post above. then one for the front by the latch,i got a set of upper rear door bumpers fron a 2012 raptor like 4 bux for 4 from the ford dealership. the real problem is look at the latch inside the door itself.its made of plastic and gets worn. so i also found a vac cap and cut the tip off and sliced it on one side so it would fit around the latch then super glued it in place. it works. i also put the sliced part facing the ground so it will last longer from opening and closing the door. untill i order a new one

Both my rear doors rattled and I added some lithium grease to the strikers and no more rattle.

got the parts in today... No more rattles at all, the 2 front door rubbers were mushroomed pretty bad.. The rears werent to bad but i went ahead and replaced them, the rubber seems little longer than the old ones but the door shuts nice and tight now.. Didnt notice that the rear doors has 2 per door.. So i may go back and ordered a few more..

Thanks guys

I filled the two front door bump stop centers with shoe goo adhesive. We will see if the doors still rattle from mushroomed rubber stops.
