02 sensors

I went to change out my O2 sensors tonight and I can not figure out how to get to the connection for the passenger side sensor before the cat. It looks like it is tucked up above the bell housing. Any help would be appreciated.

My truck has 100k on it and I was gonna change all of mine out but after talking to several experts and 2 ford service departments they said its not needed unless there is a total failure. All said that a regular computer update takes in account of the mileage and automatically adjusts the fuel, ecm etc.

there was a long thread on here i read about this recently. the long and short of it is that contaminants on the sensor degrade performance and that they should be changed periodically. I believe the recommended interval was 30-40k.
