Radio lighting not working

Radio lighting not working
My factory radio, which I've never modified or anything all of a sudden doesn't light up unless the headlights are turned on. Any idea why?

Have you played with the dimmer switch next to the light switch?

Yeah doesn't do anything when the lights are off. It will still dim them when the lights are on.
