I got a deal on a set of Cooper STT's size 325/65R18 and was curious if they will mount up safely on my XD spy wheels that are 18 x 8.5.

 

It should mount, but its pushing it with a tire that wide. Most manufacturers recommend at least a 9" wide wheel for a 325 tire, but you should be okay. Make sure to keep an eye on balance and tire pressure to avoid uneven wear.

 

I hope a good deal. I got a good deal too, but hated them in wet weather. They don't grip in wet.

 

Yeah they had about 18/32 left on the tread and picked them up for 500.00. I test fitted them on Friday and they are too wide and hit the front mud flap and inner fender. Sold them already on Saturday through Craigs. I'm ordering new BFG All-Terrains like what I have on the truck now.
