2004 F150 Lariat Build Thread

Bought this truck in May of this year with 96,000 miles. Loved it ever since.

Here's what it looked like when I bought it.

Nice lookin rig. It looks like in the pics that its sits a bit nose high? could just be the pictures too.

Very nice! I like everything except the ricer glaring blue HIDs.

Agreed! Nothing wrong with HIDs, just need to be done right to be safe!

I don't like the look of projector headlights. Did you get them off ebay?

Also I just ordered my Downfire sub box that mounts under the back seat along with 2 rockford fosgate shallow mount subs. Should be in by the end of the week. I will be posting pictures.

Nope, I built them using real HID projectors. Ebay projectors are garbage, poor output. Retrofits are legit.

I have 10x more respect for you. The ebay halo projectors are such garbage! Like I said though, I like the look of OEM stuff for the most part.

Subs are taking forever to come in. Starting to get really annoyed. The downfire box fits great though! I'd recommend it to anyone!

Right at ya! If I wasn't about to sell it! What's your 1/8th mile times? I ask because that's all we have around here. Never been to a 1/4 track.

My fastest run was a 5.89 w/ handclutch, slip-on, stretched, and a shinko hook-up.
