Tilted Ride Height

I recently picked up a 2004 F150 Lariat and I am noticed that the rear passenger side sits about 1" higher than the rear drivers side. I purchased the truck knowing it had been wrecked, but regardless the interior and exterior were extremely clean for a nearly 10 year old truck. From what I can tell from the accident was that the passenger side bed quarty panel was replaced and the 22" Foose wheel was repaired and rechromed and a new tire. I am suspecting that some of the rear suspension may have been replaced and simply does not match the OE on the drivers side. Visually nothing stands out as an obvious culprit with the leaf spring, shackle, mounts. I will try to take a tape measure to some reference points to see if I can isolate the source this weekend. Anyway, I understand that its probably a long shot, but any ideas as to what may be causing the uneven ride height? I ask because i have seen at 2 other F150 on the road in the last few months with the same tilted ride height issue.

Did some measuring his evening. Axle height per side is within 1/8", so tire diameter is little factor. Measured shackle bolt C/L and that is checking different between left and right. I put a straight eadge across the leaf spring and measured the height difference of the leaf spring bow between the left and right. No difference there. Only thing I can think is the shock or maybe some residual torque captured in leaf spring attachments. *shrug*
