Just did a 2 inch level last weekend. I had a harder time with getting the driver's side coil over back in because the lower control arm didn't drop down far enough. I had to use a coil compression tool from the local parts to compress the spring and line up the lower shock mount. It was a pain but the pass side went easy with no back talk. Overall took about 1.5 hours and I did it while at work on out lift so technically my work was paying me to do it.

Once you get it in, and everything tightened / torqued back to specs, GO OVER YOUR BOLTS AGAIN, and recheck the torque... After you have triple checked to make sure it's all back together right, and torqued down correctly, take it on a short road test, not far just a couple of miles and back, then recheck the bolts one last time. THEN take it to get an alignment...

On my kids truck the bed rails are level but when measured off the tire top to the wheel well lip the front is one inch more than the back.

Don't forget to adjust your headlights. The low beam was the height of where the hi beam should have been.

The OP probably wants to keep some rake in the suspension. I coupled my 2 inch level with 3 inch blocks to keep the rake.
