yup this seems to happen to me quite a bit, i had to change all 4 calipers on my 05 that i used to own and now i had to change the driver front caliper on my 04 flareside, seems to be a normal thing with these trucks

It happens, I had one go last year and replaced all 4 on the truck with new brakes, ebrake and all that jazz all the way around. Last weekend my buddy helped my flush out the brake system and put nice new fluid in after we drained it out completely. Pedal feels a lot better.

Mine warp all the time. Seems like I am always replacing pads and rotors.

Never had a brake problem. Had to replace a couple of rotor due to bad bearings. Other than that, just pads.

Just replaced my front rotors and pads this morning (they were the originals with 275,000 miles). i was worried the spindle nut would not budge after reading several posts about how to remove the rotors, but i found the lugnuts on the rims seemed tighter than the spindle nut.

I did have to use a big hammer to persuade the passenger rotor to come off, it had a bad bearing in it.
