Looking for advice!

Hey y'all,

I have a 2008 F-150 XLT 5.4 triton. I currently have 285/70R17 on it and looking to go a bit higher. I'm thinking 305/70R17, 315/75R16, or 315/70R17. I'm going to get pro comp offset rims but I'm worried the tires will be too big for the wheel well? I only have a 2.5" leveling kit so it's not lifted or anything. Someone please help! I really appreciate it!

Not sure it helps you out much, but i have 325-60R18 on stock wheels no lift or leveland i get very slight rubbing on control arm.... You should be a litt,le better with the smaller wheel, i would think

16"s will not fit the '04+, unless that was a typo on the 315/75 tire.

Yeah sorry that was a typo! I'm looking to stay with the 17'rims and getting a big tire so I guess I'll stick with the 315/70
