If I remember right.....you had an accident awhile back?
Did the air bags deploy? And were they replaced? If they were replaced the rcm should've been replaced also..... LFC 19 = RCM Crash Data Memory Full. This usually occurs after an accident where the airbag(s) have been replaced but the Restraints Control Module was not replaced.
Your best bet is to use a scan tool to show the actual code....the scan tool should be able to read srs codes....

No the programmer will not be able to see these codes cause they're not obdll/dtc ones.......the scan tool needs to be capable of reading srs codes, the dealer(yes I said dealer) has better scanning equipment then the a scan tool does....

If it is the found that the rcm memory is full a new one will have to be purchased and programmed to your truck.....but there are some places that do reprogram them<<<>>>you'll need to look for these places online...
Check out srsmodule.com or airbagsystems.com, or many others. Do a search for SRS reset.
