Mods to 07 F150 W/ lift and 35s

I was just wondering what should be the next mods to get for my truck now that Im running 35s. I see alot about programers but dont know much about them. I also need to recalibrate my speedometer. Will a programmer do this? Also my shift points are off now. Whats the best way to fix that?
Thanks

Definitely get a programmer ASAP! Your miles are way off and it will correct your speed meter and shift points to an extend. After that, save up for a gear swap to 4.56s front and rear ( $1500 ) and it will feel like a stock height truck again. Lots of low down power.
