I had considered going with the OEM 20's like you have on several occasions. Choosing wheels for my truck was a tough decision but I'm happy with my the M/T's. I think the OEM 20's look great on your truck

Wonder what scratched the hood behind the bug shield anyway?

It is how the bug deflector is sandwiched between the grille surround and hood without any padding or rubber.

We will see where it goes. I love a stance that is wide enough to give it a tough look. I'm considering 1.5" adapters to give it that look.

Got the 295/60R20 Trail Grapplers on and I can't wipe the grin off my face. It finished the truck off. I don't know where it rubs yet, but it will be minimal on plastic I''m sure if it does. I am running 1/4" wheel spacers to clear the ball joint. Will get better pictures of the truck tomorrow.

Ian,

I washed the truck yesterday and VRT'd the flares for you, then it rained. So that's why it looks streaky. New pictures tomorrow.

Looks excellent! The only things I would change is the some 09+ badges and removing the pin stripe. Your truck is never finished

Thanks man. I use Black Wow on my flares. Doesn't run in the rain, lasts for a few months usually.

Truck looks awesome!

285/65R20 was the BFGs. Slightly taller but skinnier.

Thanks. I can't bring myself to spend that much money for badges. I think they would definitely look sweet. I'm torn on the pin stripe. My next focus is get lariat flares PTM.

Thanks man. I'll look into that Black Wow.

Overall, I'm thrilled with the look. I've only driven it about 10 miles so no report yet on how they handle.

I think I still have some black wow from 2009. I used to use it on my old XLT which had plastic textured everything, it was a very decent product and did last very well actually. Need to use a very low amount of it and clean around the painted surfaces afterwards if it smears on the paint.

Pulling that pinstripe will look much better too! I will pull my 4x4 decals if you pull your stripe . Decals are coming off the next time I get time to wax.

Truck looks great OP! Just wonderful. Loving the Saleen grille, the PTM Tow Mirror caps, handles and even with the chrome, it just looks so right.

I fall more & more with these Body Styles when I see them fixed up, which is why I can't bring myself to trade mine in for the new ones yet, but MAN, why couldn't Ford offer the new engine lineup in these Body Styles? That would've been greattt.

Some 6K top & 5K Lower HIDS would make this thing look even better, not to mention your visibility being 100X better, but I understand you're waiting to do a retrofit so there's no since in getting them now then have to buy new bulbs for the Projectors.

5 ***** on this rig..

Thanks for all the compliments. I am so pleased with how it turned out I can't stop talking about it. It has a killer stance and the pictures don't do it justice. Not to mention, I'm disappointed in these last shots.

Sweet N Low,
Projectors are still on down the road. I'm nervous about pulling apart the lights. Probably will find a donor set to work on and get them PTM the grey bottom.

Darren,
I am considering ditching the pinstripes. Here are a few pics I took today with fresh VRT and took them with my Canon instead of Iphone.
Tires measure out at 33 3/4" x 12" at 50psi. The site specs them at 34.49x12.3.
