It's right above in post #6. I called the Ruxer Ford Dealership parts dept, 1-812-481-1300 and asked for Jarod Kuebler.
He has plenty of them on stock @$27.95 each plus shipping. I bought two. He sent them right out and they arrived here in Ga yesterday.
It's literally takes less than five minutes to install it. Perfect fit too.
