Help...Maybe the BSM ??? Nothing Works right

2004 F150 SCREW Lariat (not heritage), aftermarket alarm. Over the last 8 months sometimes when I turn the truck off and exit the radio stays on, anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes....its a crap shoot oh well...moving on.. It has the keypad entry on the side, I use it daily, I used it at 5pm today to get something out of the truck and had no problems, 1 hour later I went to run some errands and clicked the unlock button on the FOB and doors unlocked and I started the truck. I noticed the "Door Ajar" light and notification on the information center were displayed. I opened and shut my door again and it did nothing, opened all other doors and closed, light and notification still on. I drove to my first stop and parked the truck, turned the key off started to exit the vehicle, radio DID turn off properly, dome lights would not illuminate and my key FOB would not lock the doors, I heard the clifford relay clicking like normal under the dash but the lock aucuators would not function on any doors. So i hit the lock button on the door, still nothing, I hit the lock button on the passenger door and nothing over there. Then I tried the keypad on the outisde, it would not light up green and nothing would function not even the last 2 buttons would lock all doors.
What possibly could be going on based on my description. Could this be the BSM?
Thanks!!

OK so i tried the latch with some WD this morning, but that did not do any good. Still no luck. The clicking I hear under the dash is coming from the Clifford alarm module (when i push the unlock on the fob) but still locks do not operate. The alarm still arms and auto starts so lets say for a moment that the alarm modules are ok and functioning properly. The aftermarket alarm module signals the BSM to send power to the locks. So can I have a shorted BSM, or possible loose ground. The radio issue has been going on for a while on and off. But this problem came up with no warning and will not correct itself. I also put my ear to the rear driver seat to listen for the clicking on the BSM module, but I heard nothing and I still have no power to the outside keypad, no illumination and no function.

I guess the next step would be to remove the rear seat back and check the connections on the BSM, ground and all. Is there a diagram I can locate to see what wires should have power so I can test them? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Also I did not have time to check the fuses this morning....and my horn works, I heard on another post that a guy with a 2005 f150 had the VSM go bad and the horn and lights would come on when they wanted to...just thinking outloud.
