So after making some modifications my MPG has gone up from 13.5mpg in the city to 18.1mpg in the city. How is everyone else doing on their gas mileage? Is there anything I can do to help my mpg and get more power out of my truck? I have cold air intake, after market mass airflow sensor, and SCT programmer with the performance program(economy wasn't giving me better mpg).
