You may need a newe o-ring/seal on your bulb. If not, then the lens needs resealing

i got that in my 05 when i had it also. it a started after i put in sylverstars. i took the bulb out and dryed up what i could with shop towel pieces on mechanical fingers and then blew some nitrogen in there until the rest dryed up. i then put some clear rtv around the bulb oring. problem solved. had the truck for a couple years after and never saw waterh in there again.

I would check the o-ring around the bulb first. Then check the seal of the reflector bowl against the lens.
