obd2 code p0011 help

i have a 2004 f150 4x4 lariat 5.4L 65,ooo miles

is this possible a bank1 vct solenoid?

Truck won't start at all. completly dead.

Does it crank I assume? Could be a bad Cam sensor and possible the truck wont start due to this fact.

i think the p0011 is actually the whole problem, and it is causing all the other codes.

if i can narrow that codes by itself i may have a fix.

I figured have 7 codes vs. only 1 may simplify things.
