who would of known??? Camshaft synchronizer!!!
Ok, I've done alot of searching on a high pitch squeak I can not pin point. I get this fast squeak only when driving. Comes on around 35 MPH during slow acceleration and can just faintly hear it in the cab coming from the front end of my 2007 Fx4, 5.4L. I've removed the serpintine belt. Started the motor to get a better hear for sound and can't hear anything unusual. Spun all the pulley's and they all spin ok with no abnormal sound. when I spin the fan it does make a moose calling sound but slow. But what Ive read, this similar sound can come from a Camshaft Synchronizer. Does anyone know where this is???

do you mean camshaft Phasers? i have also heard them referred to as synchronizers, but phasers is the correct term.
these are units mounted on the front of the camshafts on both sides. they are the central part of the variable cam timing system and change the cam timing throughout the rpm range of the motor for optimal performance. they can go out and they do make a noise when they are going out. (see video)
the real bad news is your looking at a few hundred EACH for replacement phasers and then if you have to pay for install.....

me personally, i ever have to tear the motor down for that and spend all that cash, im getting stage 2 or 3 cams and locking those d@mn phasers out. (Comp Cams and several others make phaser lock out kits, which are required for any decent cams)
more power and never worry about phasers going out again. but thats just me. (FYI, cams can be swapped on these without pulling the heads if you know what your doing, guys on my mustang forum have done it. same exact heads on 05-09 stangs, same phasers, same issues)
here is video of the problem
