Will 22x9.5 with a -12 offset work???

I have a 2004 FX4 and I am looking at rims and tires. Rims are 22x9.5 with a -12 offset. Tires are 305/40/22. Or I can get them in 285/45/22. Will these work or am I going to have problems rubbing? Pretty sure I need to put a level kit on. Thanks for any info you may have. The ones I am looking at are these.

How about this. I would like to get 22x9.5. What would be a safe backspacing and offset and tire size so I would not have any issues. Thanks
