Heating and AC Fan

I have a 2005 FX4... just wondering if something is wrong with my trucks heating and cooling system.

There is a big difference between 1 and 2 on the fan speed. 1 seems like it is barely on, and then it is a big jump in speed when I turn it to 2. During the winter, it seems that I can't leave it on 2 because I get too hot. But when I turn it to 1, I get cold.

The other thing I have noticed is that when I put the air on the floor, I can barely feel anything coming out on my legs. Even when I turn it to 4. The fan is on and it is loud... but for all that noise... it just doesn't seem like a lot of air is coming out.

It may have always been this way for both... I'm just not sure what normal is.
