Question which exhaust manifolds? (not headers) for replacement?

i have an exhaust leak and have had it for quite some time. it has not gotten any worse but im ready to fix it now. i been reading how the stockers tend to warp so i thought i would replace the leaking side. does any one have a recommendation on which manifold (brand) to get? same with gaskets, looking for recommendations for them also.

thanks!

before digging into this project, take a good look at the exhaust manifold mounting hardware.

One reason the manifolds warp is the hardware rots away, and let me tell you they can be a real horror show to get oit of the head so you can get back to the manifold issue.

I don't know how much the manifolds are from Ford but I know Dorman is making them aftermarket for reasonable money, so they are available at a lot of retailers, and I know NAPA is sourcing them from Dorman.
