I saw that question posted earlier 
.... are you asking about the lower dark looking part that matches the dark bumpers on some of these trucks? If that's the case, it's just factory Dark Shadow Grey metallic paint. Same as on bumpers. 
Some have scuffed the rockers and bumpers and done them in Line-X with UV additive .... looks great on the right truck and very tough.
In my case, no nicks or scratching yet on my 07 but I have those Husky stone guard "flaps" and the nerff style step bars (whatever you call them, I call them "handy"
) that protect and the lowered truck leaves less angle of attack for kicked up stuff.
They even did it on this nifty model I found!

Yeah, there are those who would maybe say "ewwww ... gross" .... but those are the unfortunate, and sadly un-elightened ones who've never enjoyed such fine dining.
Yeah, that's a red dyed weiner in that bun .... and some chili and mustard relish .... in a steamed bun .... from The Texas Inn at Main and 5th Str, Lynchburg, Va.

I would have to pick up that fender trim you FX4 owners have though, if I did.

If I had a solid dark shadow grey truck I would look at black or maybe polished stainless and chrome bumpers ....
....but from what I see, your's would look great with black Line-X with UV additive for rocker panels and bumpers?
There are some here who have changed out the stock lips or trim for aftermarket or paint to match ....
.... maybe if you run an ad in "wanted" forum for them?
There's also aftermarket ones that look great .... there's a couple on here who have them.
