Same here. Glad there isn't a dead pedal. I am 6'6" and put my foot way under the dash as well. If there was a pedal there I would have to find a way to take it out.

Reminds me of a fellow who came into the shop MANY years ago in a Corvette. He was 6' 7" and had taken the seat out and sat on a cushion on the floor with his back against the rise for the rear azle.

I usually just put my left foot flat on the ground in front of the seat. Comfortable enough. On long hauls I switch it up a bit.

@JMemmer, I drive the same way you do. Left hand on steering wheel, right hand on console shifter. I do have power seats/adjusable pedals. I don't use the cupholder though. I'm only 6', so no long leg or short leg issues.
