on board air

i wasnt to sure where to post or ask this question. anyways! im wanting to put an on board air system on my truck that way i can air up tires,air mattress,tubes,etc. i was wanting to know if anyone else has done this? recommendations and pictures are always welcom.

Mine isn't hardwired. I have the air tank bolted to the underside of my cross over toolbox. I have the compressor bolted inside a small ammo can that is kept inside the toolbox when not in use. I spliced alligator clips onto the hot/ground wires of the compressor for power.

I don't have any pictures of mine. I have the Airlift Quickshot system. I mounted the gauge and control for the bags in the center console, the air compressor behind the rear seat, the 2 gal air tank is mounted to the frame under the passanger door and I have the air connection that the rear right next to the trailer wiring harness.

I too have on board air for my horns. DC5000 compressor and a 5 gallon tank.
