VCT Circuit

Something to think about.
The Ford service manual says the VCT circuit will not operate till the oil temp reaches 160 Deg F,
with this said why not remove the sending unit form the oil pan?
this would stop the VCT circuit from operating.
I know it was to improve performance and MPG but really how much would you lose?

Listing to what your saying here guy. That VCT system is how your engine is able to crank out 300hp and 365ft.lbs of torque.

Why would you want the cams to stay retarded full time? Your HP will suffer big time.

Too bad not everyone is as smart as you, huh?

The only dumb question is the one that you DON'T ASK.
