I would get some Harley head lamps and do some tint work on the tails / 3rd brake.

I, as did many members, used lordfeyr to paint my lights and it turned out amazing. Price was right and work was top notch. I dont know if you can private message with 24 post but try to see if you can send him a message on here for email.

Other then that I would get a color matched grill surround over the chrome. You are doing the black out with the King Ranch and its really the only chrome left. You could also get your mirror painted to match the red color too. You dont paint the whole mirror but I have seen it on a few trucks and it looks good.

Other then Visuals I would for sure do Tuner, Gears, Intake / exhaust in that order if you havent already. Tuner I would pick whoever you feel comfortable with, gears I would go 4.56 as your tire is almost 35" tall, and intake and exhaust is up to you.

How about a programmer and/or some gears. Get some performance back. If you are only inquiring about looks maybe PTM handles or maybe paint the bed rails black vs the tan that comes on the KR. Working on darkening the lights would look good too.

I just did smoked cab lights on mine and I know what you are thinking drilling holes in the top of your truck is not fun but to be honest it wasn't that bad. I will try to post a picture up later of mine. I also plan to do the lift like you have and some XD wheels here before too long.

Tow mirrors with PTM caps, PTM door handles & grille surround and lose that front license plate.

Get tow mirrors, PTM Caps, PTM Handles, Saleen Grille, PTM Grille Surround, and maybe look at doing some black head lights?

IMO i would lose the chrome grille and get those bumpers, rocker panels, and flares painted black. That is if you are going for the blackout look.
