Pinging/squeaking noise front drive side wheel

Hi Everyone,
I have this persistent pinging/squeaking noise coming from my front drivers side wheel that i can hear at low speeds with the window down. I dont think it's my swaybar links/bushing cuz I have soaked them with WD40 and noticed no improvements. FYI, truck is an 05 F150 SCrew 4X4 if that helps.

Thanks in advance!!!

Is it like kind of a "high pitched" squeek? I have a squeek going on too that matches exactly what your problem is. Like its not a dry squeek (if you know what I mean) It might be the ball berings which I hope it is because I am about to replace mine.
