Truck vandelized
I know right?
As a self declared, "car person" this is a cardinal rule of something not to do someone else's car. Sure there are the careless "non-car" people who give your pride and joy door dings; but that's why we park at the end of the parking lot. I'd rather walk than worry.
But with stuff like this it just boggles my mind. As it was said this is not an accident...
I know I sure as hell wouldn't do it to someone, so why would they do it to me (OP)?
Not that this little ramble really helps anything, but it just pisses me off.
<rantover/>
Good luck with the re-paint, and don't forget there is always Karma for whoever did this...

I left my truck in a parking lot for about 2 hours last year to go with a friend and her daughter to the Children's Museum in Memphis. The way the lot is laid out, at the end it crunches up so that two cars parked a certain way, almost block each other in forever. Anyway...
We had fun and I go get my truck and go home. About two days later, I look at my rear bumper and say "d*mn, that's a lot of mud...how did I--" then stopped as I realized the bumper, my passenger side taillight AND the corner of my bed had all been hit. The corner dented in (been quoted 120 to pop it out by one shop, everyone else said I need a whole new side panel), there were scuff marks on my taillight and my rear bumper dented in and had about an inch of paint scuffed off of it.
Like others have said, you just can't have nice things.....

well look what i woke up to the other day. My truck was in my driveway, it happened btw 1:30am and 4:50am. I saw it when i headed out to work.
I honestly think its random, I have no enemies to my knowledge. Besides if it was a personal attack why stop at a few scratches?
so its off to be painted AGAIN, fml
