to any body that has the in channel vent visors after installing them does any one have probs with the window rolling up? i figured it would be just because the visor isnt set in yet but after 2 days my windows hit about a inch or so from the top of the window and then it has a hard time going up from there. any body have this prob or did i do some thing wrong?

I had that problem. Window would stop about a quarter of an inch from the top. Never could get it all the way up so I decided to remove the visor. Somehow in the process the clip that goes in the window channel went down with the window and nearly stopped my window from working all together. After messing with it a while I heard the clip fall inside the door. Not real happy about that but at least the window is working. I will steer clear from in-channel visors from now on after that fiasco.

Installed them on my Dad's '07 after receiving them and his front passenger window would not go up all the way. After messing around with it for about 15 minutes, he got it to slide in-channel JUST RIGHT and everything was smooth. After that, no complaints and no problems.

I've installed in-channel visors on the last four of my trucks dating back to the 90's and I've never had a problem. This has to be due to improper installation or they changed they way they make them which I doubt.

it is only my pass front window. it is just going up slow the last 1/4 inch or so. not a big deal but that window was always slower then the drivers going up so maybe it is the motor going out or some thing. i want to do the big 3 upgrade because i am planing a big system and i have heard of people having there windows roll up faster after doing it.

The big 3 upgrade? What's that? (and if I've been living under a rock, please be kind:-)

the big 3 has a larger wire going from batter positive to alt. bigger wire going from the negative on the battery to the chassis and bigger wire going from engine block to frame. when i say bigger wire im meaning like 0 gauge wire.

I signed up, got the t-shirt, lanyard, and sticker. I also got a hand written note, not often that you see that from a company anymore. Thought that was pretty nice.
