Well I never opened an account or anything.. I just used the link thats above, then after I got there email was when they asked details about my truck etc.
I'd try and do it over again using the link above, you should have gotten an email right after you sent yours.

I filled out their recent questioner just a few days ago and today when I got home I discovered my Lund hat and my BugflectorII sitting on my front porch. 
This weekend I will install my bugflectorII and it will nicely compliment my free Ventvisers I received a few months ago.

We are so excited to have you join the 2011 Lund Drivers Council! Throughout the year our marketing team will be reaching out to get your opinion on new products, concepts as well as asking you to review products already on the market. Your opinions will be used to direct our efforts in product development and marketing campaigns.
As a member of the council, you will receive sample accessories and cool Lund gear. To kick it off we are sending you a Lund logo t-shirt to welcome you aboard. We will also be sending out Podcasts from our Innovation team and from Engineering.
